Over these twenty-two years, we have successfully addressed countless socio-environmental conflicts and recognized complex cases across all regions of Colombia. Likewise, we have successfully processed the environmental licenses and permits entrusted to us and conducted environmental research and studies for companies, communities, and public entities.

Biologist with an emphasis in Limnology, holds a Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Environmental Management from Universidad Javeriana, with a specialization (Esp.) in Environmental Law, an expert in aquatic ecology and an Instructor in Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM). Experience as an Environmental Manager in the public, private, community, academic sectors, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). Experience directing environmental studies, permits, procedures, licenses, and environmental assessments (PMA – EIA – DAA – EAE), in project formulation, sustainability, environmental planning, biodiversity management, coastal territories, and fisheries affairs. Researcher on water use issues and continental and marine aquatic ecology. Experience coordinating Prior Consultation processes with ethnic peoples and socio-environmental studies with local communities. He has served as an environmental affairs advisor to Colombia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Environmental Affairs for Colombia's National Fisheries and Aquaculture Authority, INCODER, advisor to the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development, and Regional Territorial Director for the West Pacific region of the CVC – Regional Autonomous Corporation of Valle del Cauca.
